Unlike our competition, we are located in the areas we serve.
We do not "farm out" work to independent contractors. Every case you send to this office, is handled by a Michigan Process Server working from this office.

Imagine you have sent a case to a process server, and need to get an update. You call, but they cannot give you up to date information, because they must first contact the actual server working your case.
This is NOT the case when you deal with MILLER LEGAL SERVICES. We keep all work IN HOUSE, meaning, when you call, we will know exactly who is serving your case, and can tell you exactly what is happening with it.
quality, not quantity
When you send your case to our competition, they put it in a stack of cases which then are sent to a server, who will then attempt your case, among a pile of cases, likely 40 or 50 at a time. This results in half-attempts, drive by's, and tossing some cases into a "waste of time" pile, because they have tried twice and don't see the point.
We do not work hundreds of cases at a time across 20 counties. We work a normal workload across four counties. We work the cases properly, until they have either been served, found to be incorrect address, or attempted out at proper times, with proper notes.

Difficult to find defendant or witness? No problem. We will utilise our skip tracing tools and expertise to exhaust all measures to locate your target.
If the address provided to us is determined to be bad, we will contact you to discuss options. We will only proceed to a new address upon your express approval.
